In Memoriam

This page is to honor all of our club members who have passed. We miss you. Gut schüß!

A note on Wake and Funeral apparel. While everyone is of course entitled to wear what they want, it has been the custom of the club over time that on these occasions that ladies wear normal, and appropriate, mourning wear and that the gentlemen wear their full formal club uniform, including hats. It would be appreciated if you would consider maintaining this tradition.

Horst Siegel was an honorary member of the BSV, and a leading light in the German-American Community for many decades. He also supported the BSV, as he seemed to do for every German Club. He was unique, strong willed and fun loving and an all around great guy, his passing on 2 Sep 2024, was a great loss to us all.
